        Hi.
        SB=SoundBlaster.
        I had the CD on the IDE of an SB, as tertiary (1E8+). First NT4's
didn't support the CD here, so I had only CD through the lan. To my
surprise, NT4 SP3 supported CD on that IDE. But COM3 stopped working,
and I lost the modem: NT4 had found an incompatibility related to
port 3EE. So I changed IDE to quaternary, and had CD and modem.
        None of this applies to you; I only wanted to point out
that SP3 has more solutions on IDE ports. I would suggest to check
IDE ports (on Control Panel SCSI, strangely), or inspect the boot
history (sorry, in spanish version, the "visor de sucesos").

  Starting point:        (-1)^(-1) = -1
  Applying logarithms: (-1)*ln(-1) = ln(-1)
  Since ln(-1) <> 0, dividing:  -1 = 1     (ln(-1) is complex, but exists)
