A PUBLIC APPEAL:
SOUGHT: An author for a short review of the POLAND in NEW YORK program held
last evening at the Polish Consulate, New York, New York.
The issue of the APTI Communique now at press has a story about the APTI
Mission to Poland last December. (Many thanks to Kent Dieboldt for penning
this article and supplying a fine photo of the emissaries.) I am presently
preparing copy for the next issue of the Communique - in fact, I am sending
copy to our graphic designer as I write this note.
I would like to include a short (or long) story about the gathering at the
Polish Consulate last evening in the issue currently in production. I was
hoping to tap Witold, Jim Van Westering, Scott Demel...or anyone else who
feels that they know what's up and has something to say. (I would have tried
my own hand at churning out a tasty bit of copy, but made the fatal mistake
of double-stacking my social/professional engagements yesterday evening and
had to dash out before the presentations had concluded (and long before the
sumptuous-looking refreshments were served).
Please respond via email to [log in to unmask] (or to Bullamanka) or via
telephone to my office (212.352.0940).
Many, many, many thanks in advance to the willing and gracious Bullamankan
who accepts this assignment.
Cheers,
Derek Trelstad
