 Thank you all for your help, but also I have a couple of questions ..

 What are the benefits of using an external voice modem instead of a
 regular one ( without voice ) ?

 Can I use an external voice modem to allow a full duplex internet
 telephony, regardless of my internal half duplex sound card ?
