        My thanks to Howard for asking the question and to Michael Chan and
Hal Seabolt for supplying the name of the software (cybercom.drv), and
where to find it, to update the COM port driver.  _Much_ better!
        I have a couple more questions:
        1) where do I find the commands to use to check the actual speeds
        2) what, if anything, does baud rate as shown in my SetUp info          have
to do with download speeds?
