Well I have the internal version and can't be happier with it. Once you
learna few things you can't really go wrong. The few oddities are: need to
have disk in drive to be seen;  did not like being on same channel as my
fusjitsu hard disk; you definitely need to wait before popping disk out of
drive; use the mount/unmount utility.  Aside from that I have not had any
troubles with drive or disk. Love it more than my Zip drive even.
