I have this monitor and am running Win95b.  The monitor is setup as a Plug and
Play monitor (Display Properties, Settings, Advanced Properties, Monitor,
Standard Monitor Types, Plug and Play Monitor).  Win95b doesn't seem to need
a special .inf file to drive the monitor at it's proper refresh rate with this setting.
Under Adapter, Refresh Rate I have it set as Optimal, not Adapter Default.
