Jonathan's first birthday is Saturday and I need a cake and frosting. I can
find the Duncan Hines Butter Golden Cake but the lemon frosting is nowhere
to be found; these are the only two suitable dairy free mixes for him. Does
anyone have any ideas or recipes? They have to be:

1) dairy free
2) no chocolate
3) no bananas or other high potassium foods
4) no berries (i.e. cherry)

I am not worried about sugar as it is a treat for one day out of the year.
Any help would be greatly appreciated:)
