With Passover jsut around the corner, the grocery stores are stocked with
more than just the usual fare.  I found additional cup of soup things
(beyond the normal varieties they carry) and even coffee cake mixes.
They aren't necessarily the healthiest stuff in the world - one soup had
over 1100 mgs of sodium!  But they do add some variety and I'm sure have
a pretty long shelf life at home.

If you'd asked me a year ago about Passover foods or even Kosher foods in
general, I'd have laughed!  Now I get all excited to find something.
