Hi people!!

Well, on March 3, Mary Elizabeth will be 1 year old, and she wants cake!
I would appreciate any and all GF recipes for white or chocolate cake.  It
would help if they were also dairy free, but I could substitute.  I bought
Duncan Hines frosting, as it was posted here a while ago as GF.  Also if
you have tried cake mixes, from any suppliers, I would appreciate your
opinions.  I would like to make it from scratch, but I want it to be good,
so I will consider mixes.  I'm asking now, because I'm going to practice,
and then make a few and freeze them, as we are going to travel to our
families to have parties.
