Yes, I liked that whole post.
I completely agree.
People have an emotional pull towards cooked starches...
Baked potatos, etc...
Cellulose is already broken down...
So people feel they can eat more and feel more full...
When, really they just need to chew...
And not numb themselves...
Tammy eats cooked potatoes...
I find it insane, but it's just a trance that she's acting out of...
You can tell the body would rather have the raw starch/potato...
Because of how it effects the eyes...
It's like the eyes close...
When you try to cook and eat a cooked starch...
IT's like the brain gets foggy and turned off...
And who knows what cooking does to the opiates in the grains?
I never ate baked potatoes as a kid...
I did eat french fries, though, but really only for the ketchup/sugar...
But I loved raw potatoes...
