I was wondering if some people on the list got skin improvements on a raw
diet. In my case, last year, I was somewhat disappointed that I still got cracked
lips (and the skin on my hands is also sensitive to cold). This year, there
seems to have been a slight improvement, but it's still not perfect. I wonder if the
reason for that improvement is that I stopped using soap, or because of
diet.
[Ben Odom] Jean-Louis,
I began to notice marked improvements in my skin's condition about 2 months
after I began eating large quantities of raw animal fats (raw unsalted
butter, fat in meat, milk, cream). Disappearance of dryness, improvement
in complexion, and much increased resistance to sunburns (I am very
fair-skinned, yet I now am able to lay out for hours without burning). I
have been very happy and grateful to note these changes.
