At your suggestion, I am asking again about your personal practice. I
have read all the books on IN and understand the prinicples. Could you
give some samples of daily menus--especially what veggies you eat--that
would answer the questions below, i.e. do you find you eat ONLY one
vegetable each day as long as it is tasting good to you?

Judy, I had lots of exotic fruits in Indonesia--can't be sure they were
organic, but I can't afford to go back. I buy durian in Chinatown
that comes from from Thailand. I've heard it might be injected with
sugar, but it tastes like what I had in Indonesia, so I hope it's not
been tampered with. But it is frozen, and not always good. For me it's
worth it once in a while as a treat. The frozen is about $2/lb. It is
available not frozen, but much too expensive, probably about $30 plus for
one durian.
