My question should have been: Do you eat ONLY tomatoes each day until you
reach a stop, and if so, about how many days would you eat them before
you get a stop. Do you then try cucumbers. How long before you get a
stop with cucumbers? Do you then try peppers, and for how long? Or do you
eat some tomatoes and even if you don't get a stop then eat cucumbers
and then some peppers on the same day?
They say we need a variety of certain vitamins everyday and I wonder if I
am getting them if I only eat one veggie each day?
My best, Ellie
