Does anyone know how to make an elk or venison stew and get rid of the gamey
taste? I made soup with elk adding onion, garlic, carrots, and celery and it
still smells very gamey.

How do we get over this aversion to the gamey smell, and/or how can you mask
it with spices? Has anyone had any luck with game?
