If you're trying to lose weight, nuts can be a problem.  If you're simply
on the diet to maintain and be healthy, of course there's nothing wrong
with eating nuts.

Why would nuts be a temptation? Is this a personal temptation? Cashews
and peanuts (I know they're beans) are the only forbidden "nut" fruit.
