In response to where magnesium is found in foods - raw, living, or sprouted -
it tends to be found where there is calcium - since the body requires twice as
much magnesium to utilize the calcium. Nature provides for us very well in
dark leafy greens, in nuts and seeds, and in sea weeds. Nutritional almanac

information about where minerals and vitamins are found in foods. Earl
Mindell's books also have a fair amount of information about sources of foods
and their effects on the body.
