Moira, how about using either lard or nut butter, or a combination of both
in these recipes? Im very keen to try the muffins, it will be even more of a
challenge for me as Im allergic to bananas. I very occasionally make
"cookies" out of nut butter, apple sauce, egg and raisins. Chewy and
delicious if not really like cookies. Addition of a little almond flour
would probably improve them.

its a "lipid profile".
