I missed the auction by two hours, unfortunately. So I will not be the one
improving the building. To answer your question, the walls are made of four
feet thick masonry and need insulation because they are located in a climate
with cool springs and falls, chilly winters. The walls can only be insulated
on the outside, between stone cladding (to come) and existing damaged
exterior. To insulate the roof is a piece of cake.
