I wrote the first 'GF in Sweden'. First I regretted ever writing it because
I felt attacked, but after reading all messages I got I am now convinced
that most countries are following the Codex Alimentarius standards, even
thought we all use different terms when explaining what is GF. We use
gluten, gliadine, nitrogen, proteine and more. After all, we all get the
same reactions to gluten in our different countries, so why would we have
different standards. I whish I could express this better but my English is
limited and I will speak no further in this subject.
All the best, Silva
