I have been having trouble the last several days with gas and bloating. I
am trying to track it down, and the only thing I come up with is cold cereal
with milk in the morning. I have tried rice and corn, dairy and soy, and
still get the symptoms. My question is this: could there be a reaction
between the milk and cereal that is causing the upset? Anyone else
experience this? I am feeling very limited in my breakfast choices. I have
grown very tired of the frozen gluten-free waffles, and usually don't have
time to cook hot cereal (which I usually don't eat with any kind of milk).
Any ideas or suggestions out there?
