Dear List Members,

I never would eat rice cakes because they tasted like styrofoam to
me...however, I have learned a little tip in how to freshen them up and now
I find that they are yummy!

Just bake them for an hour at 300 degrees in the oven. Then I store mine
in a large glass container (holds a dozen or so of them....).

Save your crumblies for using in various ways....

   1) you can layer them in with your fruit smoothies

   2) you can put them in a plastic bag and then roll them with a rolling
pin and then use them as
a coating for things that you want to pan fry. Tastier than wheat!

   3) they can more than likely be added to cookie doughs...this I have
not tried for I rarely bake.

Anyone else have any ideas out there?????
