I have had 2 YEARS of definite hypoglycemia symptoms. But now, after 6
months grain-free and sugar-free, hypo symptoms 80% gone.
Then I added only 3 weeks GF (and 90% lactose free), and all hypo symptoms
100% gone, FEEL FANTASTIC--feel "normal".
Now I am no longer GF (preparing for testing), am eating ALL grains, remain
sugar free, mostly lactose free, but STILL FEEL fantastic?
#1 How can this be celiac when I eat "whatever I want" now with no ill
effect? (Except for a little "headiness" with whole grain wheat).
#2 How do I pursue other causes of MALABSORBTION? If it isn't
malabsorbtion, what is it?
#3 Is it OK if I never know what was causing symptoms, since am now
symptom-free? If not, *which testing* would reveal clues to what caused
what SEEMS LIKE a malabsorbtion condition. (other than celiac blood work,
which is planned.)
My first post, hope I did OK?
Thank YOU.
