Got back blood tests results.  Not good.  Cholestrol very high -- 373. My blood
sugars are starting to get under control but because of gluten contamination
the day before the test they were in the 200's.

The problem is this -- the Dr wants ne to take meds to bring down the chol.
With a history of reactions to drugs, I really don't want to do this.  I also
check the PDR for drug reaction and It's not a pretty picture.

Have any of you susccessfully taken and Chol meds.  Any other medthod used.  I
understand that exercise and getting the blood sugars under control is really
effective.
