I wonder if that would apply to fresh squeezed raw fruit juices amd/or
vegetable juices. There was only so much carrot/beet/celery/apple juice I
could drink before becoming very full, about 6-8 onces. But I do agree that
some people probably would not do well with a high juice intake, too much
sugar and not enough fiber. It is up to the individual to find and maintain
that unique point of balance. There are also seasonal changes in diet which
might need to be addressed. Our ancestor, wherever they were from, would
not have eaten the same thing day in day out througout the year. There is
still an emphasis on this in tradional healing system, even with
industrialization, though I imagine it is being compromized somewhat.
