I have made the cook and serve Jell-O pudding with soy milk. My six year
old announced that soy milk as a beverage is lousy ("tastes like
playdough") so I have been trying to use up 2 litres in anything. It works
very well and the pudding is nice and thick and creamy. It still has a bit
of the bean taste but my kids ate it happily. I tried chocolate and it was
good, I am going to try butterscotch and see if the combination of flavours
is better.
