Listmates, Sorry I am so slow in getting back to the list with this
info...several folks asked for the website for the kosher certifying
organization called the Kosher Overseers.  I had mentioned this group in

I recommend taking a look at the link for kosher symbols...for examples
and explanations of the different symbols this organization uses in its
certifying.  It's an intriguing website.  Have fun.
