Consumers would be disappointed if they expect too much about
nutritional quality of organic foods. Granted, some studies have
proved that on average, some organic vegetables have a slightly higher
nutrient content. Professor Jean-François Lecerf, nutritionnist at the
Pasteur Institute in Lille, emphasizes: "Some studies are significant,
others not. But in each case, differences in nutritional value between
organic and conventional foods are very modest. It is more important
for health to have a balanced diet than to eat organic".

P.S. As Rex might say, organic foods don't necessarily have a higher
Brix than conventional ones (and they don't necessarily taste
better).
