just curious: why do you say this? has it been the experience of many? even
if that were true for some people, what is the other possibility? to jump
from sad or from raw + cooked vegan fare to fasting for two weeks? that is
IMHO, not realistic, since fasting is so far fetched and extreme for most
people. besides, how many people do you actually know or have read of that
fasted prior to the raw diet, and did not have some serious health problem
to begin with?
are you suggesting that otherwise healthy people should fast to begin with?
just curious, i have not heard this line never before.
