Alas, I have only so much time. Good research takes time, and to get a
proper perspective on the subject would require significant effort.
In contrast, it is easy to find one or two articles, show that food
X contains substance Z (and Z is toxic - in large doses and in isolation),
and apply the typical fundamentalist rawist "logic" and falsely conclude that
food X "must be toxic". I am not accusing you of this, but the logical
fallacy described above is very common in raw, especially among the
crank science promoters. Anyway, that is getting off the point: I
am very busy with other tasks at the moment and don't have time right now
to work on it.
