hELLO..  I'd like everyone to know that this is a super interesting list
to be on. I dont usually have e-mail access anymore so I had like 10
pages of messages built up  a month ago (WAY over limit), mostly from
this list, but I just couldn't delete even one without reading it. I
finally had to get my brother to come in and do the dirty work
("but don't delete anything about Vitamin B-12...or chocolate!...or
enzymes!...or evolution!...").

 Does anyone know anything about canker sores, in terms of cause or
treatment, or anything helpful?
