This contradicts the research of Dr. Barry Sears, who found that 30%
protein, when combined with 40% complex carbohydrates and 30% fat, produced
ideal prostaglandins, promoted healing in cancer patients, increased
physical prowess in athletes, and gave increased energy to those with
chronic fatigue. Many on this list have tried Sears' diet, to a greater or
lesser extent. What do you think of his research? And, what do you think
about the idea that some individuals, depending upon their blood type, body
type, or history (e.g. medical problems, emotional experiences) can be
healthy as vegetarians while others certainly cannot be.
