How much meat do you feel a person should eat at one sitting?

Paul:

Maybe I need to rethink this but, I would say, roughly no more than 4 - 6
oz for an average person. Maybe if the diet is all-raw more can be
digested, but still it appears protein overload is possible. Personally I
find too much meat in my diet even if raw (which has been part of a 90% raw
overall diet for months) causes constipation (as does too much fruit I
think). A few eskimos have done quite well with larger portions I assume.
