Susan, the following recipes were taken or modified from The Raw Truth by
Jeremy A Safron & Renee Underkoffler
Live Corn Chips
2 cups corn trimmed from the cob
1/4 cup dried cilantro
2tsp Braggs
mix all ingredients in blender
spread on dehydrator sheet
dehydrate at 110, until crisp (depending on season and moisture in mix 4 to
8 hours)
variations for corn chips
replace cilantro with parsley and green onion
replace Braggs with Kelp or dulse and water
add a small amount of red bell pepper or jalapeno pepper
Potato Chips
2 medium potatoes sliced very thin
Soak in
3 tbs Braggs
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp red miso
2 cups water
spread out on dehydrator sheet, Dehydrate for 16 to 24 hours
Zucchini Chips
2 medium zucchini sliced very thin
Soak in well blended mixture of
1 cup basil leaves
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp red miso
1 cup almond milk (or other nut milk)
spread out on dehydrator sheet, Dehydrate for 10 to 18 hours
