Subject: Civilization as a Pathology

Hi All,

I just read a very interesting article which offers
another perspective on what may have moved
hunter-gatherers to take up agriculture and
domestication of animals. The evidence is presented to
suggest that the comfort-inducing, addictive peptides
from the partial digests of cereal and dairy proteins
may have been the motivating factor. This article can
be seen at:

best wishes,
Ron Hoggan
