I have heard it explained this way...

"YOUR urine is YOUR ultimate homeopathic"

In homeopathic medicine, you give your body a small amount a substance
that causes the disease. The body then kicks it's elimination and
healing abilities into "high gear". With urine therapy, whatever
diseases and toxins that accumulate in the urine are reingested which
(supposedly) stimulates the body to increase its healing and eliminative
efforts.

While I have no experience with this; I just thought the discussion of
urine might be illuminated by this explanation.
