hey peter,  i may have the article on the swiss report you're looking
for, and have had it for about 20 years and it is in english.  the print
is very light and hard to read.  since i'm extremely busy, you can tell
since i'm now answering your post of 5/11, that it may not be until the
3rd week of july before i can look.  i'll post it if it shows up 'in the
