Hi Roberta!!!

That's great - I'm surprised it worked with juicing only in the mornings,
though, but that's really a great achievement.

Sure sounds like an excellent diet to me - if you feel healthy and energetic
on it!

Maybe you're dehydrated? Could that be why the cold ice-cream and sorbet looks
good to you? Or, do you think its the stress at work that's leading you to it,
to try to cope?

The Woman Of Many Projects that we can all hope to emulate! Well I for one am
very much looking forward to this cookbook. I'd love to help you distribute it
in this part of the country, if I can! I am asked all the time for good
recipes, and I'm sure yours are very creative.

That's what we have too. It works great for us.

How about let's try just juice - no solid food - for a while? And if you want,
we can try to stick to the less fattening ones. Does this sound doable? We can
be in touch by email and telephone if that sounds like something you'd like.
I'm working a lot lately too - but we can swing this easily with voice-mail
and email.
