magazine. It is titled "The Attention Diet" (in their "Skillful Action"
column, pgs. 57-58, September 1997 issue). The article discusses the
impact she experienced on her life when she decided to do something
simple, yet often neglected: to thoroughly chew every piece of food, and
thereby eat mindfully. Some here might find the article of interest.
