I found some quail eggs at the Asian market.
I am going to try them. Many people are allergic to chicken eggs. However, I
am hoping that this allergy will not happen with quail eggs, as the protein
structure will be different enough, so that the body will not have
antibodies to the quail eggs. What does the list think?
I have found so many great things at the Asian market. I also got salmon
head for fish head soup, they have unlimited fresh pork skin. I use the pork
skin to render down into fat. Also, am going to attempt pork rinds (one of
these days!)
