        I have to take 6 capsules of salt a day, as recommended by my dr.
This means I also have to take a great quantity of potassium.

        I know that I have malabsorption and irritable bowle syndrome, as
caused by my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. But I was hoping that this Paleo
diet would make it all better. So far, I am just feeling *really* sick.
