A tag with some recipes came along with a can of Thai Kitchen coconut milk
(the best coconut milk I've found). To make this one paleo I had to remove
the 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 Tbs brown sugar, and pinch of salt.
1 14 oz can coconut milk
3 large bananas sliced
On medium heat, simmer milk, bananas (and things omitted), for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
