Dear Kathleen,
Thanks for your input. Ray kind of made it sound like once you were
hungry all the time, and dropping pounds that that was an indicator of
using the diet correctly. I'm sure your right, I'll just relax and do
what's natural...
One thing I have noticed since starting to eat this way is I no longer
wake up in a stupor - groggy, etc., feeling like I hadn't really slept.
Now when I wake up, I'm awake and ready to go!
