There haven't been very many dehydrators offered for sale on the web. But
now The Dry Store has the NESCO/American Harvest GardenMaster Dehydrator.
This is the leading choice for serious dehydrating. Can run with 30 trays!
In the preserving newsgroup one of the women usually uses 20. Some good
