Hi, all. I'm not there *yet* :-) but I'm curious if anyone
has any information on the hopefully beneficial effects of
eating a paleolithic diet for women going through menopause.
I understand from an archived post that it helps ease birth,
so I wondered if it had further benefits along those lines
such as alleviating the occurrence of hot flashes.

Diet Attempt, and he is now back on his technodiet. Darn.
