Hi, Gang:
I've lost 4-5 pounds on my first week of Neanderthin...so I'm making
progress despite weaning myself from a massive coffee/diet pop addiction!
Although plateaued on Atkins, eliminating grain and dairy entirely seems to
have broken through the barrier.
I have a few questions, however:
Are sunflower seeds okay...or are they a kind of "grain?"
I've substituted herbal teas for coffee...but I can't seem to eliminate
"Sween-N-Low" entirely. I've cut sweetner usage by 70%, but I REALLY PREFER
tea with a little sweetner. Is this going to mess up my plan in the long run?
I've been kinda tired lately...and sleeping a lot (10-12 hours a day). Will
I perk up? How can I help this situation?
