Todd, and others, I'm not going to get into brand names and all because of
what was said about me before, but if you are worried about cholesterol,
then you MUST try the soluble fiber supplements...guar gum and
acacia....there is huge amounts of research showing it works and works
well, with no contradictory studies that I know of. It is completely
natural. You will lower your cholesterol 20 to 100 points. And there is a
definite, undeniable benefit of decreased cancer risk. And yet I see
virtually know interest in soluble fiber on this list. But I'm sure it
will help.
