MEAT! No, seriously, the less other food you eat the more you
have for meat.
You might also want to try "filler" vegies. I'm not talking about
roots like carrots. I'm talking about green leaves that take more
calories for us carnivores to chew than they're worth. (They provide
vitamens, I think). But don't go overboard on the salads and starve
yourself.
Low fat meat is good to eat, and so is high-fat meat. Try to eat
as many types of meat as possible, but with the absense of fruit your
first choice should be cow. Raw cow is all you really need to eat, the
rest of it is all garnishment and suplement. (Yes, I know it's actually
the larger bulls that provide meat, while cows are used for dairy
purposes).
Maybe you're not eating enough calories. If you don't get enough
calories, your body goes into thrift mode. NeanderThin puts the body into
high-power mode. In fact, the worst thing about the diet is it can make
you hyper. I went total carnivor for 24 hours and my friends though I
would crash the car for sure because I couldn't sit still while driving.
