>WALTHAM FORMULA - THE HEALTHY ADVANTAGE
This is anti fat hysteria taken to the ridiculous extreme.....but watch out
yourselves for extremes. Many I see here are horrified at the thought of
eating some corn or wheat. Come on now, our bodies were meant to eat a
variety of foods. Reliance on mostly a few types of food is what shortens
our lives. Keep an open mind and don't let your zeal for this diet make
you misinterpret data and facts and ideas that don't support your excitement.
