Here are a few speculative thoughts:

An excess of fruit, particularly of juicy ffruit, might be the reason. Perhaps the various noises
are due to the movements  o water (from juicy fruit) and of gas (produced by intestinal bacteria
which
feed on sugar), but I am not absolutely sure.

You may also benefit from food combination, i.e. not mixing too many different
foods during the same meal (and thus have an improved digestion).

As for the teeth problem, raw-fooders are not immune to tooth decay,
particularly those who eat too much sweet fruit (which feeds bacteria) and/or
citric fruits (which can cause erosion of tooth enamel).
