JoAnn, I feel that low fat high protein recipes that also taste good are
really helpful. As to the macadamias, can you find them without salt?

Here's an easy one that I made a few nights ago, and everyone liked it
enough that I did it again today.Take a good sized filet of cod (or haddock
or ling or other white fish) , and make some slits transversely. Pack these
with a stuffing of minced garlic, parsley, black pepper and olive oil. Put
whatever is left over all over the top of the filet. Bake it at 420, giving
18 -20 minutes for each inch that the filet is thick, at its thickest part.
I pour a little more oil over it when I take it out, because I don't really
like low fat, but I shoot for low or moderate saturated fat.

If anyone tries it, let me know what you think!

Michael
